Unifrax Fiberfrax® Ceramic Fiber Blankets - DBS 2300 8#
Armil/CFS carries a range of ceramic fiber blankets for applications up to 3000°F (1650°C). Ceramic fiber blankets are lightweight, efficient insulators highly resistant to thermal shock and chemical attack.
Unifrax Fiberfrax® Ceramic Fiber Blankets - DB 2600 8#
Insulfrax is based on calcium, magnesium, silica chemistry and is capable of continuous operation to 2012°F. Insulfrax fiber chemistry has been combined with Unifrax’s proprietary fiber spinning technology to create Insulfrax S blanket, a high temperature bio-soluble blanket with excellent thermal and mechanical properties.
Ceramic Fiber Papers
Armil/CFS ceramic fiber papers are light weight, flexible insulation products for applications up to 2600°F. Ceramic fiber papers have excellent chemical stability, resisting most corrosive elements.
Fibermax® Coatings and Patches
Armil CFS is a stocking distributor and fabricator for Unifrax Fiberfrax® and Fibermax® ceramic fiber products, including ceramic fiber coatings, modules, patches, cements and more.
Armil CFS offers both low density insulating firebrick and hard firebrick for use in industrial applications up to 3200ºF. Insulating firebrick are low density firebrick made from high purity refractory clays and other ceramic raw materials. Our insulating firebrick offer high strength, low heat storage, high purity, and accurate sizing.
Refrasil High Temperature Cloth and Tape
Fiberfrax® Ceramic Fiber cloth and tapes can be used in insulation applications to 2300°F. Refrasil® Silica cloth and tapes have a 1800°F use limit, 2300°F for Refrasil Irish. For lower temperature applications, Armil CFS offers a wide range of fiberglass textiles.
Marinite® and Transite® Structural Insulation
Armil CFS offers a variety of Marinite® calcium silicate and Transite® fiber cement structural insulation boards.
